Q magnet Models

There are 13 Q magnet models available. For the first time, this enables a clinician or consumer to choose the magnet with the best field characteristics for the type of pain. Combining both a local field vector with a predominantly perpendicular gradient which the research has shown to be the most therapeutically active magnetic field for the treatment of pain.

When selecting your devices, use the information below to identify the most appropriate combination or for the best value simply purchase one of Q Bonus Packages. Try to select the smallest device for your application as this reduces your overall investment and may be more comfortable. There is a trade off between number of active areas and field penetration. For instance, the QF28-6 has four active regions but penetrates 50mm, while the HF28-6 has 6 active regions but only penetrates 25mm. If the target tissue is say a trigger point in the trapezius muscle, the HF28-6 might be the best choice, although both may be equally effective.

Magnet selection is both science and art. We have the feedback from years of application from many very experienced health professionals but more randomised controlled trials need to be undertaken to provide the best possible treatment protocols.
