If after contacting us for product support you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased products within 30 days from the date that you received them. You must contact us to receive a Return Authorisation number which must be included in the documentation that you return. You will get a full refund for returned products if they are in their original condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded.
Q magnets are a Class I Medical Device and each one has its own unique serial number. To fulfil our post-market surveillance obligations, it is important that we learn from any customer dissatisfaction and implement any corrective action where necessary. To do this we require a detailed and signed letter explaining the reason you are returning the product and why it did not meet your expectations. If you do not supply this information, we can not provide a refund.
